The challenge
Corporate Sports Events That Go Beyond the Game At Elephant Corporate, we believe corporate sports events should be more than simply arranging a ground and organising matches. The experience starts with understanding the company's objective. Whether the goal is employee engagement, team building, employee wellness, inter-departmental interaction or simply giving employees a memorable day outside the office, the event needs to be designed around the people participating in it.

Execution
How it came together
Why Companies Choose Corporate Sports Events A corporate tournament creates a different kind of interaction between employees. Away from meetings, emails and deadlines, employees get an opportunity to participate as teammates, competitors and supporters. For HR and Admin teams, corporate sports events can become part of a broader employee engagement and workplace wellness strategy. For employees, they provide an opportunity to connect, participate and create memories with colleagues.
